What Information Does Liberty Arms Training Collect?

We collect the required information on the ATF Form 4473, phone number, and email. Liberty Arms Training will NEVER sell, distribute, rent, or disseminate your information to third parties unless required by law. Liberty Arms Training will send information and news in regards to news, sales, and information via email. You can unsubscribe at any time.

The Myth of the Gun Registry

Minnesota does not have a gun registry. Only a limited amount of information is sent to the FBI for the NICS background check. The only information sent to the FBI is the type of firearm being processed. The serial number and make and model of the gun are kept on ATF Form 4473, and the form is kept on site for 20 years. Government agencies are only allowed access to these forms with a court order. The only exception is an ATF compliance check on our license to sell firearms (FFL), per ATF regulations.
