Online Minnesota Permit to Carry Class
The Minnesota Permit to Carry Class (also called conceal and carry) presents information for responsible citizens who wish to carry handguns as part of their self-defense plan. This class promotes the concealed carry approach to Minnesota state laws. It introduces the considerations, responsibilities, and liabilities of owning and carrying a handgun for self-defense and the law enforcement process. Not necessary, but the course attendees should have some experience with firearms. This class exceeds the requirement under the MN statute 624.714 sub 2a. Pricing includes range fee, use of eye and ear protection, and use of gun and ammo (if you choose not to bring your own gun). Complete the presentation and complete the test BEFORE showing up to the range.

Looking for an In-Person MN Conceal Carry Class?
Liberty Arms Training currently is only doing in-person permit classes with private groups. Have your point of contact reach out; you must have six or more people interested in the class. Scheduling depends on availability. Contact me for details and set up a class.
